The guarantee
If Becheloon is not what you expected, ask for your money back within 7 days of payment and you get it. We only ask one thing, in good faith: that you are not asking after already getting what you paid for. As a rough guide, if you have made more than about 5 upload-ready files with the plan, it has been put to real use. Activation works offline, so we cannot see your files; we take your word for it. Whatever files you made stay yours.
How to ask
- Email support@becheloon.com from the address you paid with. Put the order number (it starts with BC-) in the subject.
- A reason helps us improve, but is not required.
- We answer within two working days and issue the refund right away.
How you get it back
- PayPal: refunded to the same PayPal payment. It appears within a few days, depending on PayPal and your bank.
- USDT (TRC-20): sent back to the address that paid us, minus the Tron network fee. If you paid from an exchange account, tell us the deposit address to use instead, because exchanges often cannot receive refunds on the sending address.
Your activation code is checked entirely on your computer and we cannot switch it off remotely. After a refund we simply ask you to stop using the code; we trust you on that, the same way you trusted us when you paid.
Outside the guarantee
After 7 days, or once the plan has clearly been put to real use, we do not refund unused time, because plans never renew by themselves and you chose the length. If the app genuinely does not work on your computer and we cannot fix it, we refund regardless of the date.
Pending orders
An unpaid order costs nothing and expires on its own. If you sent USDT for an order that has expired, the payment is still matched to it; if it was somehow not, email us the transaction hash and we sort it out.
